Hassle-Free Returns

We stand behind the quality of our luxury performance streetwear. If you're not completely satisfied with your Drizzl Power Jacket, you have 60 days from the date of purchase to return it for a full refund or exchange.

Return Requirements:

• Item must be unworn and in original condition
• All tags must be attached
• Original packaging should be included
• Return shipping label will be provided

Size or Style Exchange

Need a different size or color? We make exchanges easy. Within the 60-day return window, you can exchange your jacket for:

• A different size in the same style
• A different color option
• Another Drizzl product of equal or greater value

Exchanges are processed quickly, and we'll cover the cost of return shipping for the original item. If your new selection costs more, you'll only pay the difference.

Non-Refundable Shipping

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. This applies to all returns and exchanges. However, we provide a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience, so you won't incur additional costs when sending your item back.

For exchanges, return shipping is covered by Drizzl Drop. If you choose to upgrade to a faster shipping method on your replacement order, that cost would be your responsibility.
